Can I add pins to the map if I don't know their location?

Yes! If you don't know where exactly the POI you want to pin is or want to pin multiple locations at once, the Single POI tool is not the best solution. You batch-geocode POIs with the Spreadsheet tool without knowing where exactly they are. The most reliable ways in doing so is to either type in the address, as shown with the first example, or enter the geographic coordinates (we use the decimal code) as shown in the second example.
