Absolutely! You can add routes either by using our automated drawing tool or by uploading routes as KML or GPX files. This is especially helpful if you’ve already got hiking or bike routes you want displayed on a printable map. Just upload them to our editor and we’ll do the rest.
Our route drawing tool features two modes: Easy mode and Expert mode.
Easy mode:
To draw a route, select the first stop by typing in an address or the name of a POI and select the means of travel. Next, add as many additional stops as you like by typing them in, selecting them, and clicking on "Add next stop". Routes are drawn via the fastest path on known roads.
Expert mode:
The Expert mode features more customizability. In the top right, you can choose between the magnet tool drawing on existing roads, straight lines, and arc lines between stops. You can place points on the map by clicking on the desired spot and add in-between stops by dragging the drawn lines. Additionally, you can already change the desired color and line thickness of the route.
