Once you’ve placed your order, it will be sent to our printserver, which will then generate your map. Please allow for up to ten minutes, depending on the complexity of your map, for our server to finish generating your map. You will then receive an e-mail with a download link to your map. Click on "Your map files" to download your files.
If you want to create more maps while you wait, not a problem. Just go back to configuring you map selection and create a new one while you wait.
If your map files have not arrived after a prolonged amount of time, check your spam folder. If they are also not there, do not hesitate to contact us and we will get to you as soon as possible.
